My first impression walking to class of IS101. I was scared and terrified. I want to turn around and run because I am really bad with using computers. But as the class progressed and I started doing homework and my teacher asked if I need help and I said yes, and he stayed with me after class and help me out. This meant a lot to me because it showed me his character. That way I am going to stick around and finish the course.

DeleteThis seems like the perfect class for someone that feels they are bad a computers. I find the explanation from the modules simplified and easy to digest.

ReplyDeleteI also dread the first day of class as I didn't know what to expect. Once you get the hang of things, you will have no problem navigating a computer. This class will also help with that. Let's finish this course together!

ReplyDeleteI'm glad you didn't give up and that you weren't afraid to ask for help. Many just decide to sit there and struggle because they may be embarrassed but there's nothing wrong with getting help as it will help you with what you're currently struggling with and even help with things you didn't know you needed help with.

ReplyDeleteI felt the same way when I first started this class. I thought I knew a lot about windows and computers as well. It was very clear to me after the first week of class, that that was not the case. The help after class has helped me tremendously. Keep working, you got this Mary!
ReplyDeleteThe teacher has been very helpful with the course so far, when I began the course I thought it started pretty content heavy but it wasn't the load it was just a bit confused to get started.

ReplyDeleteIn my personal experience, computer's were very difficult when I started using them. But through what I found, once you learn something within windows and maybe fore mac, the same steps follow for a lot of things. They will start becoming natural even if you have never done a certain task before.
